AI-assisted data management
AI that helps your people fix data, on the model you choose.
DATAshaper uses AI to suggest corrections for issues your rules have found, and to help your team work with the platform. People stay in control, and you choose which LLM processes your business data.

We keep the two apart, so you know exactly what you are buying.

How AI fits the workflow.
Suggestions, not silent changes
AI proposes a corrected value for an issue. A person reviews and approves it, or you configure controlled automation where you trust it.
Staged like every correction
An approved AI suggestion goes to the staging table like any other correction. Nothing is written straight into your ERP.
Your model, your terms
Connect a locally hosted, customer-hosted or chosen cloud model. Where data is processed follows from the configuration you pick.
The HUB Assistant
A proprietary assistant for configuring and using DATAshaper itself, available through the AI add-ons.
Questions about AI.
Does AI change our data automatically?
Only if you configure it to. By design, AI suggests a value and a person approves it. Approved changes are staged before your own process loads them.
Do we need an AI add-on to use our own LLM?
No. You can process business data with your own model without buying a DATAshaper AI add-on; you manage that model or provider yourself. The HUB Assistant is only included in the AI add-ons.
Where is our data processed when AI is used?
That depends on the deployment and the model you choose. With an on-premises deployment and a locally hosted model, it stays in your environment.
Can AI find data problems without rules?
Not yet. That capability is in development. Today, issues are found by the rules you configure, and AI helps resolve them.
